Why is our body language more important than our dialogue?
Communicatively, it helps to harness a thought which in turn helps to translate our body language into an intention. Although acting can certainly appear to be dialogue centric, it’s our body language that can hold more information than all the words we say. What we think translates our physicality, and sometimes we don’t need any words to show how we feel, because “Body language is universal”, (Charlie Chaplin).
Facundo’s experience also aims to demonstrate the art of using body language effectively, to convey meaning, and yours can too.
The Australian Actors Studio offers a resourceful foundation, artistically inspired to cultivate talented minds, enabling students to hone their creative skills in performance for stage, screen, and voice-overs.
