Team Building

Team Building to the MAX!

We are a jam packed, full of fun, team building package, running for approximately 3hrs and based on the very successful American improvisational television series, 'Who's line is it, anyway?'.  This exciting team building experience is an ideal option for groups up to 50 players, usually split into two groups, facilitated simultaneously.  Specifically geared to be fun, interactive, dynamic, energetic and engaging with loads of team bonding activities, this team orientated package aims to entertain and impress your staff, work colleagues, clients and associates.
Team Building is all about strengthening bonds. Team building games aim to inspire energy, morale and motivate players.
1hr for Workshopping
1hr for Presenting
1hr for Feedback, Scoring and Awards.
Step 1:
Leading up to the event, you share with us a brief outline about your company, including Culture, Quirks, Fun dirty ditties, Work pranksters, Habits, Routines, Hobbies, Patterns, Specialties, Slip-ups, Mission statement, Ways of working and What makes your business model unique.
Step 2:
Depending on the number of roles in the scene handed out, we begin with a brief warm up or fun theatre sports game just to break the ice, getting everyone involved, getting their energy up, ready for the main event.
Step 3:
Then, we invite our players to form groups of 2 or 3 players, before handing out the cinematic scene, inviting our players to find a quiet corner of the space to read the scene firstly to themselves and then, within their group, to each other.
Step 4:
Similar to a Murder Mystery, as our players are getting used reading the scene within their group, we begin tweaking the scene slowly by inviting the players to add their own movement e.g. Let's find an entertaining way to enter our scene, present our story and then, find another entertaining way to exit our scene.
Step 5:
Now that our movement is added, each group is allocated a fun situation to enhance their scene, coinciding with the information shared about your workplace.  This is our forte, so the granted situation may be directly or indirectly related to your workplace but is certain to spice up your scene.
Step 6:
Now that we have added an interesting situation, each player is given a quirky instruction to play out, within their scene, but they must not tell their own group about the instruction they've been given.  Rather, their group must find a way to complete their scene without breaking character.
Step 7:
Now that we have a fun situation, each group is allocated one random product or service from their own workplace that they must incorporate into their scene.  This product or service doesn't have to be a physical object e.g. If your workplace sells hair dryers, then your random product or service could relate to hair products or beauty services.  Either way, your task to include this product or service in your scene, makes it even more entertaining.
The winning team is the group who was able to play the straightest scene in full, from start to finish, without laughing or breaking character once, a task far easier said than done, hence the team building challenge.
We not only encourage lighthearted feedback straight after each presentation, however; we also invite players to film their workmates performances as a fun memento to take home on their own smart device, and of course, everyone is invited to score each team's performance, 10 being the highest score.
Criteria:
Movement: 2 points, Situation: 2 points, Instruction: 2 points, Product/Service: 2 points, Laugh/Breaking character: 2 points.
Scoring:
Making it more outrageously entertaining, players can even grant their peers: 1/4, 1/2, 1, 1.25, 1.5 or even a whole 2 points per/criteria, especially if they're aiming for a promotion at work.
Prizes and Awards:
Novelty prizes are an excellent way to reward our Runner-up, Second Place and THE WINNING TEAM! It is our firm recommendation that our clients bring their own prizes and awards, because they know their people far better than we do.
If you're seeking a team building experience, sure to have your peers talking about it this time next year, then this is the group bonding package for you.
